Kann Informationen aus verschiedenen schriftlichen und mündlichen Quellen zusammenfassen und dabei Begründungen und Erklärungen in einer zusammenhängenden Darstellung wiedergeben. Kann sich spontan, sehr flüssig und genau ausdrücken und auch bei komplexeren Sachverhalten feinere Bedeutungsnuancen deutlich machen.
Lerninhalt: Students enrolling in a 40 week diploma course at inlingua can, first and foremost, expect to significantly improve their English language skills in the areas of reading, writing and speaking.
In addition, both their lexical and grammatical understanding of the language will be enhanced and refined.
In the first part of the diploma course the teacher will be concerned with identifying grammatical and lexical weaknesses. As well, in the initial stages of the course students will be introduced to and become familiar with the format of the specific exam the course is dealing with. Students will gradually become more comfortable with the various sections of the exam. This entails the teacher’s making sure that the students fully comprehend the different parts of the exam as well as instructing them in the strategies which are vital to the student’s success.
As the class draws to a close, the teacher will devote ample time to employing these exam strategies, using practice exams to increase the student’s comfort level with the format of the exam as well as to deal with any other issues which might arise.
Homework is not only encouraged but expected and potential students should be aware that a minimum of to 4 hours a week of self-study is necessary for a successful performance on the exam.

Kursdaten: Mitte Januar 2015 - Dezember 2015 / 40 Kurswochen/80 Lekt. Ferien: 1 Woche im Frühling, 3 Wochen im Juli und 1 Woche im Herbst. Die Prüfung wird von Cambridgeesol Bern abgenommen.
